Company Overview: Lakeshore East is a venture of Magellan Development Group LLC, a recently formed corporate partnership culminating a long-term collaboration between Magellan Development Group and NNP Residential & Development, two of Chicago’s most accomplished and respected real estate organizations. Joel Carlins and James Loewenberg are co-chief executive officers of Magellan Development Group; David Carlins is president. Magellan will continue to steer development activity, while the NNP Residential division led by Robin Loewenberg Berger as president, will focus on property management and marketing services.
